Submit your details below; we create a real pending driver record for dispatch review. Required documents are listed for reference—submit them as instructed by dispatch or admin; online upload is not available in the app yet.

Manual document review
Document upload is currently handled by admin review. Please bring or send your required documents as instructed by the dispatcher or admin. Online upload will be added in a future update.
Background check
Criminal record or vulnerable-sector screening certificate (PDF or clear photo).
Driver profile image
Recent headshot for passenger app and dispatch roster (square crop preferred).
Background check (supporting)
Supporting or additional pages (addenda, second jurisdiction, etc.) if required.
Ontario driver's licence
Front and back in one file or as separate images when you submit to dispatch.
Three-year driver's abstract
Ontario MTO record or equivalent; must cover the last three years.
Commercial insurance
Fleet commercial auto policy or COF as required by your operator.
